In selected cities, we offer workshops in person. We are increasing our presence in many cities each year starting in 2006, so if we are not in your area and you prefer meeting in-person, check back with us periodically to see which cities have been added. WORKSHOP FEE: The fee for this workshop is $400 and includes all workshop materials: the Guidebook and CD. Since this is a workshop and not group psychotherapy, the fee is not covered by your health insurance. The fee is payable to the Conscious Eating™ Therapist who is leading the workshop. Fees must be paid in full by the first meeting unless other arrangements have been made with the therapist.

TELE-WORKSHOPS: If we are not in your area or if you prefer attending class from the comfort of your home or office, we are also offering these workshops using a new format where you will be connected to the class via telephone and website!! It’s like a teleconference but more, which is why we call it a TELE-WORKSHOP.

We are excited to offer this new technology because we know it will give you the closest workshop experience to the “in-person” groups. You will be able to ask questions by raising your hand or typing a private question directly to your instructor. You will be able to see via the website, all the class visual materials, and you will be able to break out into groups of two where you will talk privately with a classmate regarding the Focus of the Week (the instructor will be able to listen and give guidance when needed). It is easy to use and you will receive instructions in writing and at the first meeting.

TELE-WORKSHOP FEE: The fee for this tele-workshop is $400 and includes all workshop materials: the Guidebook and CD. Participating in a tele-workshop is educational and not considered group psychotherapy, so your health insurance will not cover any part of this fee. You will not pay additional telephone charges for the tele-workshop, this cost is covered in your fee. The tele-workshop fee is paid through our secured site when you register.
****Please note: This introductory workshop is a prerequisite for other workshops and the Phase I,II,III Groups.
